National APA Conference

Wisconsin was well represented at the 2024 National APA Conference in Minneapolis!

At NPC, the City of Madison and Bayview Foundation were awarded the Community Development Without Displacement award from APA’s Housing & Community Development Division. This award celebrates reinvestment in community that supports residents in place, and was given for the Department of Planning, Community, and Economic Development’s planning and financial support in redevelopment of the Triangle, as well as Bayview and City of Madison CDA’s phased redevelopment that supports residents in creating new state of the art housing without displacing any of the hundreds of residents from the site.
