Governance

The Chapter holds an annual membership meeting during its conference.  Members are always welcome to attend chapter Board meetings, which will be announced on the Events calendar.

The governance of the Chapter is managed by a seventeen member board, including a small number of non-voting members.

The Chapter complies with the minimum performance standards of the American Planning Association.  It develops a Chapter Plan and annual Action Plans to carry out the mission of the organization.  The Chapter Bylaws, Chapter Plan, and annual Action Plan are published on the Governance Documents page.
